Faith Filled Talent was founded by Jordan Mendoza and Ianthe Mauro, two Georgia entrepreneurs, to give faith-based creators the representation, protection and strategy they deserve.

Jordan Mendoza

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jordan is the founder and CEO of Blaze Your Own Trail Consulting, where he works as a keynote speaker and sales and business coach. He hosts the Blaze Your Own Trail podcast, with more than 3 million downloads and a top 2% global ranking, created the BLAZE Method, a five-step framework that helps leaders turn adversity into advantage, and founded the Trailblazer Ecosystem, a coaching community for entrepreneurs.

At Faith Filled Talent, he brings the same focus he gives his coaching clients, growing their impact, influence and income, to every creator the agency represents.

Ianthe Mauro

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Ianthe is an entrepreneur and product designer, and co-founder of Gan Aden Farms, a regenerative farm brand in Monticello, Georgia, that she runs with her husband, Greg. She designs, makes and packages every Gan Aden product, from tallow skincare to hand-harvested honey, drawing on her background in product design and her love for all things nourishing and natural.

She knows firsthand what it takes to build a brand rooted in faith and values. At Faith Filled Talent, she oversees operations, keeping contracts, deliverables and payments running smoothly so creators can stay focused on their work.

Questions creators ask

Do I have to pay anything to join?

No. We never charge a signing or membership fee. We earn a commission only on deals we manage, after the brand pays.

What about deals I already have?

Deals you signed before working with us are commission-free. For offers still on the table, we agree together on a fair arrangement before we touch them.

Will you push me to promote things I don't believe in?

Never. You tell us the categories you won't promote, and you approve every brand, contract and piece of content before it goes live.

When does the 20% tier apply?

Only after we reach performance goals we've both agreed to in writing, and only on new deals signed after that point.
